Based on the GLORIA 5 or 10 litre Heavy Duty Sprayer, specification
details are as follows:
CONTAINER & PUMP ASSEMBLY
This is the GLORIA 510-1300 unit 10 litre and the 506-2300
5 litre working capacity stainless steel sprayer.
HOSE, TRIGGER & LANCE ASSEMBLY
These also are standard GLORIA brass and oil resistant components.
NOZZLES
FLAT FANSPRAY NOZZLE assembly comprises a
brass nozzle assembly with polypropylene mesh strainer and
a 110 degree fan spray nozzle size 8 for larger areas.
CARRYING STRAPS
Heavy duty webbing straps fitted with shoulder pads
SERVICE PARTS
A spares pack containing piston "O" ring, pump sealing
"O" ring, lance sealing washers, nozzle strainer
and fanspray nozzle tip is included.
SPANNER
A 17 mm A/F spanner is provided with each unit to tighten
the hose assembly into the container outlet when the unit
is unpacked.

INJECTION NOZZLE an optional extra supplied
to access difficult locations is made from 6mm o.d x 1mm wall
steel tube 270mm long, with a brass, 110 degree, 06 flat fanspray

PLASTIC LIQUID DE-ICER APPLICATOR
Part number IK12- DI Based on the IK12 Chemi Resist Sprayer
specification details are as follows:
CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
Plastic 8 litres working capacity, Combination valve for pressure
indication, pressure relief and decompression.
Integral plastic filler funnel.
Fully adjustable, 'knapsack type' carrying harness, made
from strong webbing.
PUMP ASSEMBLY
Simple, heavy duty, all plastic pump unit, with cup type piston
seal and rubber footvalve. The pump is easily dismantled for
service, by removing two crosshead screws.
HOSE ASSEMBLY
Reinforced PVC 6 mm bore x 8 mm o.d. x 1.3 metres long.
Secured both ends with hand tightened compression nuts.
TRIGGER VALVE
All plastic construction, except for stainless steel shut-off
spring and chrome trigger handle lever. Removable, integral
strainer to minimise nozzle blockages.
LANCE ASSEMBLY
Very strong GRP tube, 10 mm o.d. x 42cm long. 50cm extensions
available if required. Simple lance end unions are plastic,
comprising nut, olive and "O" ring; they provide
secure, reliable sealing.
